摘  要:本文研究了以煤矸石和菱镁矿为主要原料合成堇青石-莫来石隔热砖的可行性。实验表明,选择高岭石含量高和碱金属氧化物含量低的煤矸石及高纯菱镁矿可以合成出高质量的堇青石-莫来石隔热砖。这种隔热砖具有极优良的抗热震性和较低的导热系数,使用温度为1320-1470℃。其主晶相为堇青石和莫来石。The possibility of producing cordierite- mullite inulating bricks by using coal gangue and magnesite as major raw materials is studied. The experiments show that high grade cordierite-mullite insulating bricks can be produced by a careful selection of coal gangues with high kaolinite content and low impurities content and magnesite with high purity. The resulted insulating bricks have very good ability of thermo-shock resistance and low thermal conductivity. The range of service temperature of these products is between 13201470℃. The major mineral compositions of these fire bricks are cordierite and mullite.
