摘　　要：湘潭大学有两栋住宅楼发生不均匀沉降及墙体开裂。本文在分析产生不均匀沉降原因的基础上，提出了采用高压旋喷注浆加固基础的方案，并对注浆参数设计、施工工艺等作了介绍。Differential settlement and wall cracking occured at two resident buildings of Xiantan University. This paper analyzes the causes of unequal settlement, on which working out a scheme for foundation stabilization by means of high pressure rotary jet grouting, and describing the design of jet grouting parameters and the construction procedure, etc.
