摘　　要：积极稳妥地推进高校党务公开,对实现高校党的民主,加强党的执政能力建设,永葆党的先进性具有深刻的现实意义。高校党组织在坚持依法公开、有序公开和有效公开的基础上,加强党务公开的制度化建设和规范化建设,不断提高党务公开的有效性,从而全面促进高校党务工作的健康发展。To actively and steadily push forward the universities party affairs in public have profound practical significance to achieve the party＇s democracy of the colleges and universities,strengthen the governing capacity-building of the Party,and keep alive the party＇s advanced nature.Party organizations should strengthen the building of party institutionalization and standardization of party affairs in public,continuously to improve the effectiveness of public affairs,and fully promote the healthy development of universities party affairs based on adhering to the public according to the law, the public in order and the public in effective.
