袜套自动辨色分级专家系统设计与应用

摘　　要：针对丝卷检测中涤纶长丝染色均匀度分级评判的问题,设计了袜套自动辨色分级系统软件的各个模块,并按软件组织结构的要求,采用Visual C++软件设计平台设计了袜套自动分级辨色软件系统。其中三大模块:袜套颜色特征提取模块的设计主要应用了HSV颜色空间理论;分级评判模块的设计主要应用了专家系统理论;信息存储模块的设计主要应用了数据库技术。结果表明:该系统通过简洁的软件操作界面,实现了对袜套颜色的迅速、高效分类以及全局分析,是一个较为实用的袜套自动辨色分级系统。For the problem of inspecting the dye-leveling of polyester filaments, the modules of grading stocking color system were constructed, and the software was correspondingly designed by Visual C ＋＋ based on the request of software organization structure. Three main modules, such as module of extracting color future using HSV color space algorithm, module of classification via expert system means, and module of storing the information adopting database technology, were introduced. Experimental results show that the grading system of stocking color is not only able to automatically and efficiently classify the stockings aocording to their colors, but also can globally analyze total batch of stocking which provides precise instruction to the manufacture.
