摘　　要：主要从模具材料的选用、冲压设备的选用、模具的设计及模具的装配调试和使用几个方面分析了对模具寿命的影响,提出了选择合适的材料,热处理工艺,合适的冲压设备,优化模具的设计,正确维护和使用模具都可以大幅度提高冲压模具的寿命。There are many factors affect the working life of the punching die. The effects of some factors were analysed, such as the selection of mould＇s material and presses, the designing, assembling and using of the mould, then presents that correctly choosing the mould＇s material and the processes of it＇s heat treatment, the mould＇s working life can be prolonged, as well as being prompt pressed, reasonable die parameters selected, etc.
