摘　　要：在掘进机镐形截齿选型的过程中,除了要对截齿进行理论分析,还要在井下进行试验验证。通过设计一台掘进机截齿试验装置,可以在试验室对截齿进行模拟截割试验。利用该装置,可以对不同规格的截齿在不同截割硬度、不同截割参数等条件下进行一系列的截割试验,为合理地确定截齿的有关截割参数,进一步提高截割效率和性能提供了可靠的资料。When we select the conical picks, we need to verify it underground in addition to theoretical research. We have made a test device of roadheader pick to simulate the cutting test in the lab. By the device, we can make experiments of different picks in any cutting hardness and conditions; we also can select the cutting parameters rightly in this way, and prepare data to improve the cutting efficiency and performance.
