摘　　要：针对新型破碎设备双转子内筛分破碎机的工作特点,运用图形化编程语言LabVIEW设计了破碎机状态监测系统,实现了对破碎机振动信号和轴承温度信号的实时显示及处理。该监测系统具有构成灵活、便于操作、性价比较高等特点。In view of the working state ot two-spool internal screening crusher which is a new equipment, a condition monitoring system is designed using the graphical programming languag signals of vibration and beating temperature of crusher are displayed and processed system which is agile and convenient for operation with a high performance price.
