摘 要:从城市生活垃圾处理场分离到一株产芽孢的菌株HS-1E,该菌为革兰氏阴性杆菌,有荚膜,有运动性,有微弱固氮能力.能在无氮培养基中缓慢生长.在LB、肉汁固体培养基上,菌落为有光泽的红色圆形.对该菌株HS-1E的16S rRNA基因的全序列测序并进行DNA同源性分析,得到系统发育树状图.在此树状图中,它与Serratia属的关系最近,与粘质沙雷氏菌的同源性为99.0%.其主要生理生化特征也与Serratia属相符.但由于产芽孢的Serratia属以前从未报道过,故HS-1E为Serratia属的1个新种.A spore-producing bacterial strain HS-1E was isolated from the garbage dis- posal site in Wuhan city. The main physiological and biochemical features about HS-1E were characterized that it was Gram-negative, encapsulated bacilli, motile, feeble nitrogen fixation. Colonies of HS-1E were smooth, round, and produced a bright-red pigment on LB medium. It grew slowly on no-nitrogen culture medium. The sequence of the 16S rDNA of strain HS-1E was determined and a phylogenetic tree was constructed using Clustal W program based on BLAST sequence homology. These results showed that the physiological and biochemical features of HS-1E were in accord with Serratia, and that the 16S rDNA sequence was 99.0% similarity with S. marcescens. Therefore, the strain of HS-1E was likely a new species of Serratia.
