摘 要:针对船用直流空气断路器短路分断和过电流保护问题,选择船用ZDS直流空气断路器作为基型,对其电子式过电流保护装置的设计进行了研究,完成了电流检测、控制单元及直流变换器的设计.通过过电流保护的分断,对所研制的样机进行了试验验证.结果表明,所研究电子式过电流保护装置的精度、调节范围与可靠性较之传统船用过电流断路器均有较大提高,为船用直流空气断路器走向电子化、模块化,以及断路器的工程设计奠定了基础.With development of marine electric propulsion and the increasing of the power capacity, higher performance was required for the marine DC air circuit breaker than before. Short circuit breaking capacity and electronic over-current protection were focused on. Based on the prototype of marine ZDS DC air circuit breaker, the design of electronic overcurrent protection was studied. The current detection system, control unit and DC converter were designed. By virtue of the breaking test of the overcurrent protection, the performance of the prototype was validated. The tset results show that the accuracy, adjusting range and reliability of the electronic overcurrent protection described in this paper is better than the previous ones. The electronization and modularization of marine DC air circuit breaker, together with its engineering design can benefit from the work in this paper.
