摘　　要：大唐洛阳热电厂两台300MW机组5、6号锅炉,每台炉安装2台型号为LAP10320/883的空气预热器,5号炉空预器漏风率已由机组投运初期的8%增加到24.9%左右。5号机组的负荷在290MW时引风机出力已达到最大值,使机组不能满负荷运行,空预器漏风已影响到了机组出力和经济运行。为了使空预器运行满足锅炉满负荷运行要求,达到节能降耗目的,对5号炉空气预热器进行了密封改造和漏风治理。In Datang Luoyang Thermal Power Plant,there are two boilers of 300MW machine set,No.5 and No.6.Two air preheaters,Model LAP10320/883,are installed on each of them.When the machine set was just put into use,the rate of air lackage of No.5 was 8%.Now it increases to 24.9% or so.When the load of No.5 boiler is 290MW,its IDF（induced draft fan） has already reached the maximum.Asaresult,the machine set can＇t run at full capacity.The leakage of air preheaters has affected the use of the machine set and made the operation uneconomic.In order to make the operation of air preheaters meet the operational requirements that the boiler should run at full capacity,tothe air preheaters of No.5 boiler,we carried on sealing rehabilitation and air leakage control,so that we can save energy and lower energy consumption.
