摘 要:某600 MW机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉设计燃用煤种为晋北烟煤,而掺烧的褐煤属于极易着火、极易燃尽、但结渣及沾污严重的煤种,煤的全水分较高,这些特性对锅炉制粉系统、燃烧方式等均提出了特殊的要求。对此,进行了褐煤掺烧的试验及技术分析,将褐煤与平六煤按1:1混配。结果表明,掺烧燃尽度变化不大,排烟温度上升幅度较小,炉膛水冷壁及大屏结渣变化不明显,而空气预热器腐蚀减轻。The designed coal sort for tangential firing boiler of 600 MW units in one power plant was Jinbei bituminous coal,but the mixedly burning lignite is more easily ignited and burnout,however,it is easily resulting in slagging and severe fouling in the boiler,and the total water content of lignite is comparatively high.These properties of said lignite propose special requirments for the coal-pulverizing system and the combustion mode of boiler.For this,analysis of mixedly burning lignite technology has been carried out.When the proportioning ratio of lignite and Pingliu coal is 1:1,the change of burnout degree isn't large,the amplitude of temperature rise concerning discharged flue gas is smaller,the change of slagging on boiler's water-wall and big panell isn't remarkable,but the corrosion of air preheater has been alleviated.
