摘　　要：提出了自熵权、最大可能性的概念及其表达式；将矿井开采系统看成一个随机模糊的动态发展过程,提出多阶段、多目标、多层次随机模糊熵权的新方法，以工作面接续为例解决矿井生产计划的编制问题。This paper dwells on the concept and calculating function of intrinstic entropy value,maximum probability;rarding the mining system as a random,fuzzy and dynamic procedure.The article puts forward a new method of multi-step, multi-goal,multi -stratum random-fuzzy intrinstic entropy value and takes the working-face following plan as an example to demonstrate how to make mining production plan.
