煤炭截割三向力传感器的研究

摘　　要：展示一种可用于井下测量煤炭截割力的三向力传感器。传感器为电阻应变式，其弹性元件上对应于三向分力的剪切应力区域，是由薄壁筒上开双层错位槽孔，即每一层均匀开出四个槽孔，但上下层槽孔之间沿轴向相互错开45°形成。对模型结构进行有限元计算和分析，确定了纯剪应力区的位置和主应力值。实验结果表明，所研制的力传感器不但三个测力方向灵敏度高、有足够的刚度，而且分力间交叉干扰小；制造工艺性好。This paper presents a new type of three-axis force sensor which can be used to measure the three components of coal-cutting force in situ. The sensor is a type of strain gauge.lts yielding part is a thin clinder on which four krindney shaped holes are opened evenly at each of the tWo levels but 45 degrees angled between the tWo,so the arrangement forms three shear stress areas corresponding the cmponential forces. The precise locations of the three pure shear stress regions and their main stresses are competed by the finite element method.As indicated by the experimentS,the sensor is not only of high sensitivity and adequate rigidity in all the three axes,but also of fairly small cross sensitivities,low hysteresis,and good manufacturability.
