标准化急诊预检系统的使用效果

摘　　要：目的采用标准化急诊预检系统对急诊预检进行干预并观察其效果。方法采用便利抽样法抽取2008年7-9月某院急诊就诊的300例患者作为对照组,采用常规预检系统进行预检;同法抽取2009年7-9月某院急诊就诊的300例患者作为实验组,采用标准化预检系统进行预检。以自行设计的满意度调查表对两组急诊患者进行开放式问卷调查,对其基本资料、需求内容以及满意度进行相关分析。结果实验组危重患者就诊等待时间缩短、抢救成功率提高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);对照组有2例患者在候诊期间发生意外事件,而实验组无一例患者在候诊期间发生意外事件。实验组患者满意度较高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用标准化的急诊预检系统进行预检使危重患者等待救治时间缩短,候诊期间意外事件发生率显著下降,明显提高了危重患者抢救成功率及急诊患者满意度。该系统可在综合医院急诊科推广应用。Objective To apply the standardized system of emergency triage system and evaluate its efficacy.Methods With convenience sampling method,300 patients of the emergency department from July to September,2008 were selected as the control group receiving routine triage system.Correspondingly,another 300 patients from July to September,2009 were randomly selected as the experimental group receiving the standardized system of emergency triage system.A self-designed open-ended questionnaire of satisfaction was developed to investigate the patients and their relatives.The basic information,demand content and satisfaction content were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the waiting time was signifiantly shortened and the success rate of rescue was significantly increased in the critical ill patients of the experimental group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）;Two unexpected events occurred in control group and no unexpected event occurred during the waiting period of the experimental group;the satisfaction level was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The standardized system of emergency triage system can obviously shorten waiting time,increase success rate of rescue,decrease accident rate of critical ill patients during the waiting period and improve satisfaction of emergency patients,which deserves a clinical application in emergency department of general hospital.
