硝化污泥除磷特性试验研究

摘  要:通过SBR富集培养了硝化污泥,采用静态试验对硝化污泥的除磷特性进行了研究。考察了存在氮源与磷源、无机碳源与磷源、氮源、无机碳源与磷源的三种不同水质条件下,厌氧-好氧交替的过程中硝化细菌对磷酸盐的摄取和释放情况。结果表明:SBR系统富集得到的硝化细菌的硝化能力保持在95%以上。在与聚磷菌的运行模式相对应的条件下,该硝化菌对氨氮仍主要体现了其硝化特性。通过染色看出,该硝化细菌菌体中几乎没有PHB颗粒及异染颗粒。模拟传统聚磷菌的除磷模式的硝化菌未体现出明显的吸磷特性。After enriched nitrifying sludge by SBR,phosphate uptake and release characteristics of nitrifying bacteria in the sludge were investigated under the following three different conditions,supplying nitrogen and phosphorus source,inorganic carbon and phosphorus source,nitrogen,and inorganic carbon and phosphorus source with anaerobic-aerobic alternating. Results indicated that nitrification ratio of the nitrifying sludge enriched in the SBR was more than 95% . In a condition similar to EBPR of phosphate accumulating organisms,nitrifying bacteria mainly conduct ammonia removal without any phosphate release and excessive phosphate uptake. Sludge dyeing pictures display that the nitrifying bacteria hardly have PHB granules and poly P granules in cell. It is obvious that the nitrifying bacteria which simulates the dephosphorization mode of traditional phosphate accumulating bacteria has not behavior of phosphate accumulation.
