摘 要:由于低温低浊水难处理的特点和常规混凝剂对其混凝净化效果不理想,因此为了寻找对低温低浊水混凝好且经济可行的混凝剂,本研究采用具有强大吸附絮凝作用的纳米材料SiO2和聚合硫酸铁为原料制成复合絮凝剂,对低温低浊水进行实验研究,同时与FeCl3、聚合硫酸铁的混凝效果进行了对比分析。结果表明:①在相同条件下,比较FeCl3、聚合硫酸铁,纳米SiO2-PFS对浊度和COD有很好的去除效果;②纳米SiO2-PFS产生的矾花大,沉降快,沉淀20min,剩余浊度可降至0.5NTU以下;③纳米SiO2-PFS在pH6.5~8.5除浊效果最好;④纳米SiO2-PFS处理成本较低。Between low temperature and low turbidity refractory characteristics and coagulation purification of their conventional coagulant effect is not ideal,in order to search for good low temperature and low turbidity water by coagulation and economically feasible coagulant,the study chose a strong effect of adsorption and flocculation of nano-SiO2 and PFS as raw material made of composite flocculent to test on the low temperature experiments of low turbidity,at the same time coagulation effects were compared with FeCl3 and ferric sulfate. The results showed that: ① Under the same conditions to compare the FeCl3, ferric sulfate,nano-SiO2-PFS on the turbidity and COD removal are good; ② nano-SiO2-PFS alum produced large,rapid subsidence and sedimentation 20 min,residual turbidity can be reduced under 0. 5 NTU; ③ nano-SiO2-PFS at pH 6. 5 ~ 8. 5 turbidity the effect is the best; ④ nano-SiO2-PFS handling cost is lower.
