多层螺旋CT对鼻咽癌2008 T分期的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT对鼻咽癌的2008T分期优势及价值。方法对150例鼻咽癌患者进行鼻咽部多层螺旋CT平扫和增强扫描,对获得的轴位图像和冠矢状图像进行多角度分析,判断鼻咽癌肿瘤对周围组织结构侵犯程度及CT影像T分期,并与2008鼻咽癌临床T分期对比。结果 CT影像T分期:T1期35例,占23.3%;T2期42例,占28%;T3期53例,占35.3%;T4期20例,占13.3%。2008鼻咽癌临床T分期:T1期35例,占23.3%;T2期40例,占26.7%;T3期55例,占36.7%;T4期20例,占13.3%.结论多层螺旋CT扫描仍然可以作为鼻咽癌2008T分期的重要影像检查手段。Objective To evaluate the advantage of value of multi-slice spiral CT in 2008 t staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Multi-slice spiral CT with unenhanced and enhanced scanning were performed in 150 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. All images obtained were analyzed. The extent infiltrated and CT image T staging of the lesions were judged, and compared the staging with the 2008 T staging. Results The result of T staging according CT informations of these lesions were as follows： stage T2（n=42 cases, 23.3%）; stage T3（n=53 cases, 35.3%） and stage T4（n=20 cases, 13.3%）. The result of T staging according 2008 clinical T stage of these lesions were as follows： stage T1（n=35 cases, 23.3%）, stage T2（n=40 cases, 26.7%）; stage T3 （n=55 cases, 36.7%） and stage T4（n=20 cases, 13.3%）. Conclusion Multi-slice CT scan can still be a important imaging tool as 2008 T staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma .
