摘　　要：为了适应现代电力企业对集控运行岗位电机理论培训的新要求，针对目前该岗位培训现状进行了分析，从整合培训内容、建立标准化的培训大纲、丰富培训素材、提升培训师素质、注重多样化培训教学方法、手段以及对培训效果考核等方面提出具体的策略。In order to meet the needs of modem business - to - centralized control of electricity to run electric posts of the new requirements of the theoretical training, this article the current status of the job training were analyzed, from the integration of training, the establishment of standardized training programs to enrich the training materials to enhance the quality of trainers, diversity training focused on teaching methods, means and evaluation of training effectiveness of specific areas such as strategy.
