异维A酸胶囊和0．1％阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察异维A酸胶囊和0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效.方法 将笔者所在医院收治的76例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,观察组采用异维A酸胶囊和0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗,对照组单独应用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗.结果 观察组的显效率为84.2%,对照组为60.5%,两组间差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;观察组患者的不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05.结论 异维A酸胶囊和0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮疗效较佳,且无严重不良反应,值得推广应用.Objective To explore the curative effect of Isotretinoin Capsule and Adapalene Gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Meth- ods 76 patients of ache vulgaris in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（ 38 cases） and control group（38 cases） ,the obser- vation group were treated by Isotretinoin Capsule and Adapalene Gel, the control group were treated by Adapalene Gel only. Results The markedly effective rate in observation group was 84.2% and that in the control group was 60.5% ,there was a significant difference between the two groups. The recurrence rate of observation group was higher than the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Isotretinoin Capsule and Adapalene Gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris has better efficacy, and there is no serious adverse reactions ~ it is worth spreading.
