摘  要:目的观察三氯异氰尿酸溶液(郎索消毒剂)用于口腔模型材料消毒时对抗乙肝病毒的效果。方法用乙肝e抗原阳性血清标本污染从标准模型取得的印模,用水(A组)及含不同有效氯浓度(B组2000 mg/L、C组3000 mg/L)的郎索消毒剂作为石膏溶剂进行模型灌制,脱模后从石膏模型上采样进行病毒检测。结果病毒检测所得光密度值/临界值(S/CO)分别为A组1.314±0.173,B组0.794±0.043,C组0.744±0.084;经检验,水溶剂组与消毒剂组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两消毒剂组之间差异无统计学意义。结论郎索消毒剂应用于口腔模型制备可有效对抗印模携带的乙肝病毒,降低交叉感染的概率,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the disinfection efficacy of trichloroisocynuric acid for model preparation against HBsAg.Methods Impressions were made from the master model and contaminated by HBsAg.Then stone models were prepared,in which water(group A) or trichloroisocynuric acid disinfectant(group B 2 000 mg/L,group C 3 000 mg/L) was used as the solvent.The models were sampled and the viruses were tested.Results The S/CO values of group A,group B and group C were(1.314±0.173),(0.794±0.043)and(0.744±0.084),respectively.There was significant difference between group A and group B or group C(P0.01).But there was no difference between group B and group C.Conclusion Trichloroisocynuric acid disinfectant used as solvent in model preparation could effectively destroy HBsAg carried by impressions.This method can reduce the rate of cross infection and it has great value in clinical practice.
