摘　　要：目的探讨肾脏穿刺活检术后6 h放松腹带后患者术侧卧位的可行性。方法将肾脏穿刺术后患者随机分为对照组和研究组:对照组术后按常规进行护理,穿刺点腹带加压包扎6 h,平卧位24 h;研究组术后穿刺点腹带加压包扎6 h,放松腹带后可向术侧卧位。结果两组患者术后并发症发生率无统计学差异,研究组不适症状的发生人数少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论肾脏穿刺术后腹带加压包扎6 h后向术侧卧位是安全可行的。Objective To explore the feasibility of side-lying position with relaxed corset 6 h after renal biopsy.Methods Patients undergoing renal biopsy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and the puncture points were dressed with abdominal bandage for 6 h in the supine position for 24 h.The patients in the experimental group were treated with abdominal bandage for 6 h and in intraoperative side-lying position.Results There was no difference in the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the two groups.The untoward reactions occurred fewer in the experimental group than those in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The intraoperative side-lying position with 6 h compression bandage after renal biopsy is safe and feasible.
