甘蓝型双低油菜品种华双3号的选育和研究

摘　　要：华双３号（ＨＤ３）是华中农业大学采用聚合杂交、回交和小孢子培养技术育成的甘蓝型优质油菜新品种，也是我国应用小孢子培养技术育成的第１个油菜品种。该品种含油量４２％以上，芥酸＜１％，硫苷＜２５μｍｏｌ／ｇ，产量比非优质对照品种中油８２１增加１．５１％，适合于两熟和三熟地区种植。Hua Double 3(HD3) was successfully bred by using the methods of multiplecross and backcross with the parents of superior traits and microspore culture technique by Huazhong Agricultural University in 1998 It is the first B.napus cultivar bred by microspore culture technique in China. Its oil content is over 42%. Its content of erucic acid in oil is under 1% and glucosinolates in meal is less than 25 mol/g. The yield of seed increases by 1.51% compared with that of Zhongyou 821. Hua Double 3 is suitable for growing in the double or triple cropping regions. Moreover, the technique and methods of combining traditional breeding with modern biotechnique have also been discussed in this paper.
