试论音乐剧表演人才的培养规格

摘　　要：音乐剧是一门综合艺术,具有戏剧表演、歌舞叙事、各艺术元素高度融合、通俗与娱乐共存的特征。音乐剧表演在具有"扮演角色、化身为角色,通过舞台行动创造人物形象"戏剧共性特征的基础上,还具有一些独特的个性创作特征:"唱、舞、说、演"有机融合;要求在音乐的严格制约下完成表演;要求表演具有戏剧表演的爆发力、张力与炽热的舞台热情;要求表演具有娱乐特点与喜剧精神;要求演员具备较好的体能,能胜任"拷贝式"的重复演出等。音乐剧的表演创作特征决定了音乐剧表演人才"能歌、善舞、会演"的培养规格。As a combined art, musical has the feature of drama, singing and dancing narrate, common and entertainment. Besides ＂play the role, become the role and create role image through stage action＂, which is the common feature of drama, the performance of musical has some unique features： the ＂sing, dance, talk, act＂ -multiple performance, perform under the strict restriction of music, perform with power and passion, perform with both entertain and comedy spirit, performers must have strong physical power to do the repetitive performance.It is the creative work of the musical performance that decides the goal of musical actors training, which is to train a performer with abilities to sing, dance and act.
