摘　　要：目的介绍在关节镜下重建前交叉韧带(ACL)手术中使用带鞘可吸收挤压钉(Itrafix系统)固定胫骨端腱的方法。方法2006年8月至2007年12月我科共诊治39例ACL损伤患者,取自体半腱肌与股薄肌腱,在关节镜下使用带鞘可吸收挤压钉(Itrafix系统)固定胫骨端,使用2枚横向钉固定股骨端,重建ACL。观察此方法固定的稳定性以及术后疗效。随访后用Lysholm评分标准评价手术前后关节功能。结果本组患者39例,随访5～21个月,平均13个月。关节活动均恢复正常,Lysholm评分较术前提高,术前55.0±7.5提高至术后93.0±5.1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后关节腔积液3例,治疗后1周症状消除。结论关节镜下胫骨端使用带鞘可吸收挤压钉(Itrafix系统)、股骨端使用2枚横向钉固定,重建ACL近期疗效好,操作简单,移植物固定稳定,并发症少。Objective To introduce the method of rebuilding anterior cruciate ligament with sheathed absorbable crushing screw in an arthroscopy surgery.Methods From August,2006 to December,2007 we had treated 39 patients whose ACL were injured.we took semitendinous muscle and gracilis muscle to fix tabia epiphysis with sheathed absorbable crushing screw and femur epiphysis with two trasverse screw in an arthroscopy surgery.we analyzed the stability of the knee and therapeutic effect after surgery with the standard of lysholm score.Results The follow up period was 5 to 21 months（average 13 months）All the patients have restored joint motion,raised Lysholm score（from average 55.0±7.5 to average 93.0±5.1.3 patients have arthroedema and eliminate after one week curation.Conclusions rebuild anterior cruciate ligament with sheathed absorbable crushing screw is verified easy to handle with good stability of the transplant and less complication.
