摘  要:现以草莓匍匐茎尖为试材,在草莓组织培养初代接种过程中对茎尖消毒、驯化和培养基配制方面进行简化和廉价替代的试验研究。结果表明:逐层剥离初代接种效果优于常规接种;廉价替代培养基的继代和生根培养与常规培养基本相同;采用简化技术可降低成本55%左右。The experimental study was aimed to simplifying the technologies and reducing the cost of strawberry shoot tip tissue culture, and to provide the high-quality production seedlings, make large-scale production of strawberry plants become a reality. A method of explants sterilization and domestication using the strawberry stolon tip as material has been simplified. New reagent and equipment replaced the expensive ones. The results showed that the new technology simplify work processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs.
