摘  要:以油松成熟胚为外植体,对影响不定芽诱导分化的各因子做进一步试验。结果表明:油松成熟胚不定芽诱导的最佳组合为1/2MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L,诱导率为59.3%。对其进行趋势面分析,6-BA浓度为1.7mg/L,NAA浓度为0.30~0.35mg/L时不定芽诱导率可达65%。诱导阶段平均增殖率为8,愈伤组织增殖培养后平均增殖率最大可达13。The mature embryo of Pinus tabulaeformis was used as explants. This paper made a study of the facts of multiple adventitious shoot differentiation from callus cultures. The results showed that the combination of the medium was 1/2MS+6-BA 1. 5mg/L+NAA 0. 2 mg/L,on which 59. 3% of explants was induced. Applying the method of trend surface model, when 6-BA 1. 7 mg/L and NAA 0. 3-0. 35. The highest induction rate of adventitious buds was 65%. Average rate of propagation was 8, after a generation of raise the highest average rate was 13.
