摘　　要：介绍了以汽车车架纵梁冲孔模为代表的中厚板、多孔位、大型冲孔模的结构特点、所采用的降低冲裁力的措施以及此类大型冲孔模的设计共性问题和设计要点。The structural features of large piercing die for multi-hole and medium plate part were introduced.A type of this large piercing die for a vehicle frame side rail was developed.Some measures to reduce the pressing force and some general design points were described.
