摘 要:原始信号的获取及预处理的精度决定着机械状态监测与诊断系统能否正常工作,在分析振动信号固有特性的基础上,提出一种基于频域积分的波形基线修正算法。该算法通过傅立叶变换,将在时域不能得到准确结果的振动参量变换到频域中处理,可得到精确解。将该算法用于风力发电机组在线监测与故障诊断系统中,使监测数据处理精度提高,为判断设备的运行状态提供可靠的数据来源。The precision of the original signal and its pretreatment determines the effect of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of rotating machine set.Based on the analysis of the inherent characteristic of the vibration signal,modification algorithm of waveform baseline based on frequency domain integral was introduced.Using this algorithm,the vibration parameter that couldn't be solved in time domain was translated into frequency domain through FFT translation and precise solutions could be got.This method was used in the on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the wind power dynamotor to improve the accuracy of data processing and to provide reliable data source for accurately judging running status of the equipment.
