摘 要:慢性氟中毒时中枢神经的损伤已引起人们的高度重视。过多的氟能透过血脑屏障,在脑组织中蓄积,进而对神经系统产生损伤作用,包括神经病理学改变、智力降低,以及胆碱能神经系统的变化等。慢性氟中毒神经系统损伤机制的关键性环节可能与自由基水平升高、抗氧化能力降低、从而导致氧化系统和抗氧化系统的平衡失调有关。氧化应激水平升高,可使细胞膜性结构受到损伤、神经信号转导通路异常、神经递质受体功能改变,从而影响脑的代谢和功能。A link between excessive exposure to fluoride and dysfunction of the central nervous system has been established. Excessive amount of fluoride can across the blood brain barrier into brain tissues and results in damages of nervous system, including neuropathological changes, decreased Intelligence Quotient, and modified cholinergic nervous system. The increased level of free radicals due to excessive fluoride has been considered as a key factor in the pathogenesis of CNS damage in chronic fluorosis, which results in in-balance between oxidative system and antioxidant system. High level of oxidative stress may induce destruction on cellular membrane structures, alteration of signal transduction, changes of neurontransmitter and receptors, and therefore influence the metabolisms and function of brain.
