摘　　要：本文介绍了温补肾阳、滋补肾阴的代表方剂右归丸(YGW)、六味地黄丸(LWDHW)在神经系统的抗衰老机制及其最新实验研究进展,为临床运用该类方剂治疗肾阳虚、肾阴虚所致各类老年病和抗御衰老、提高老年人生活质量提供深层次的理论基础和指导。In this paper, we describe anti-aging mechanism in the nervous system and the latest experimental research abou You Gui Wan （a representative of prescription pills of warming kidney Yang） and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan （the representatives of prescription pills of nourishing the kidney Yin）. This study aims to discuss in-depth theoretical foundation and guidance of improving the live quality of the old, anti-aging and the treatment of old age diseases caused by deficiency of Kidney Yang and deficiency of Kidney Yin.
