摘 要:文章采用全尺寸柴油发动机台架试验,研究了SAE15W-40、SAE0W-30和SAE5W-30发动机油对柴油发动机性能的影响。研究结果表明:使用SAE15W-40润滑油发动机功率、扭矩和油耗率高于使用SAE0W-30润滑油和SAE5W-30润滑油;使用SAE15W-40润滑油发动机的加速性能较好,SAE5W-30润滑油发动机的加速比较缓和,SAE0W-30润滑油发动机的加速性能介于上述两者之间;使用三种粘度等级润滑油实验发动机工作条件稳定。The effects of three engine oils with SAE 15W-40,SAE 0W-30 and SAE 5W-30 viscosity grades on diesel engine performances were investigated with diesel engine bench test.The experimental results showed that the power,torque and fuel consumption of the diesel engine lubricated by SAE 15W-40 oil are higher than those of the engines by SAE 0W-30 oil and SAE 5W-30 oil.The engine lubricated by SAE 15W-40 oil has the best acceleration characteristic,the acceleration characteristic of the engine lubricated by SAE 0W-30 oil is better than that of the engine by SAE 5W-30 oil.The engine can work steadily when it uses the three lubricants with different SAE viscosity grades.
