摘　　要：以安徽地震局１９９０—１９９７年度地震趋势研究报告为基础，概述了１９９６年１１月９日南黄海６１级地震前的中长期地震异常背景和多项地震前兆中短期异常，并分析了震前异常的特征及演化过程，介绍了安徽局的震前预测意见。Based on the research report on seismic tendency from 1990 to 1997, this paper outlines medium-long term anomalous background and medium-short term anomalies before the M6 1 South Yellow Sea earthquake on October 11, 1996, analyses the characteristics and the evolution course of the anomalies before the earthquake and presents the forecast opinion offered by the Seismological Bureau of Anhui Province before the earthquake.
