摘 要:以兰州—海石湾高速公路中的某一高填路堤涵洞工程为依托,通过室内压缩试验和蠕变试验,对不同密度的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)轻质材料,进行了有侧限、无侧限影响下的应力应变及蠕变性能的分析,并对不同厚度的EPS材料在工程应用中的减荷性状进行了研究。结果表明:密度较小的EPS材料不适合作为优化路堤等工程填料的替代品;有侧限影响时EPS材料达到屈服阶段的应力值较无侧限时要高;密度适中且具有一定厚度的EPS材料在工程应用中能起到良好的减荷作用。This paper is reviewing and studying the physical properties of the expanded polystyrene plastics lightweight materials and its application scope.Relying on the high embankment culverts projects of Lanzhou to Haishiwan expressway,throughout the laboratory compression and creeping tests,the stress-strain and creep behaviors of EPS with different density under confined or unconfined conditions are analyzed on the bases of compression test and static triaxial test.Besides,the reducing-load character of EPS plate with different thickness in engineering applications is studied for the entities projects.The results showed that: the density of smaller EPS material is not suitable for projects such as the optimization of embankment fill a substitute;also,under the confined effects condition,the stress value when the EPS materials reach the yield stage is high than that under the condition of unconfined effects;the density moderate has a certain thickness of the EPS material in industrial engineering applications since played the role of a good reducing-load.10 figs,10 refs.
