思想政治理论课教学与辅导员工作互动模式初探

摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育是一个系统工程,作为主渠道的思想政治理论课和作为中坚力量的辅导员队伍各有功用。大学生思想政治教育系统的各部分只有各司其职、良性互动,才能使大学生思想政治教育进一步取得理想的实效。思想政治理论课教学与辅导员工作互动的可能性在于目标一致、压力相同、内容相关并统一于实践;具体的互动内容在于学生基本信息、学习情况、课外实践的互动;其互动机制的建立涉及导向性制度、驱动性制度、保障性制度、协调性机构及与之相衔接的程序性规定。As the main channel of the ideological and political theory,college students’ideological and political education is a system engineering,playing an important role in the backbone instructor team.If every part of the college students’ideological and political education system runs well and builds a good interaction with each other,college students’ideological and political education will take better effect.Ideological and political theory course teaching and the possibility of the instructors’interactive work have the same aim,same pressure,relevant content and are unified together in practice.The specific interactive content performances in the basic information,learning situation,the extracurricular practice.The interactive mechanism of college students’ideological and political education includes guidance system,drive system,indemnificatory system,coordination institution and some procedural requirements cohering with the coordination institution.
