摘　　要：农村计划生育利益导向机制有补偿计划生育家庭损失和引领群众自觉实行计划生育的双重功能。文章通过文献法和访谈法,以山东省J县为个案,分析了农村计划生育利益导向机制的运作情况,认为计划生育利益导向机制工作是计划生育工作的主要内容之一,应稳步推进利益导向机制建设并加以制度化、常规化,千方百计满足计划生育家庭的物质和精神追求。The family benefit oriented mechanism in rural family plan can not only compensate for the loss of family plan,but also guide the rural residents to exert the'family plan policy'. The methodology of this paper is literature review and case study. J county was taken as our case. The family benefit oriented mechanism was analyzed. We consider family benefit oriented mechanism as a main task of family plan policies. It should be transformed into a conventional institution. The need of finance and mental happiness form planned families should be met as much as possible.
