关于农产品价格补贴问题的几点思考

摘　　要：农业保护,指的是一种维护农业经济利益的政府行为。农业保护可以分为两大类型:一类是指对农业自然资源或自然生态环境的保护,防止对农业的伤害;另一类是对农业的经济支持行为和对农民利益的保护。如实行农产品价格保护、限制外国农产品的低价进口等。这类保护一般采取行政手段来执行。提高农民收入水平是市场经济下我国农村改革的主题,市场经济体制并不完全排斥国家的宏观调控。The protection for agriculture indicates a kind of government interference which will protect the benefit of agricultural sector. It could be categorized into two types:i) protections for agricultural resource and natural ecological resource which will prevent external factors from hurting agriculture;ii) economic supports to agricultural sector and benefit of farmers. The latter refers to policies that protect the prices of agricultural products,restrict the import of low-price agricultural products and so on. This kind of protection is usually exerted by administrative methods. Nowadays,improving famers’ income is the main aim of rural reform in market economy. Market economy mechinism does not refuse the macroeconomic regulatory. In this paper,we propose the policies for agricultural price protection.
