摘　　要：通过牦牛坪、大陆槽、郗山等矿区实例综述了中低温热液脉型稀土矿床主要地质特征。从富含稀土的正长岩岩浆活动、浅成热液作用和断裂构造分析了矿床成矿条件。最后提出川西等３个地区作为今后稀土找矿区带。Principal geological features of rare earth deposits of hydrothermal vein type of low middle temperature are reviewed from the examples in Maoniuping.Dalucao Xishan etc.Metallogenic conditions are analyzed from the magmatism of REE bearing syenite,hydrothermal activity and fracture activity.Western Sichuan and other 2 districts are proposed as the perspectives for exploration.
