黑龙江省污水处理现状、存在问题及对策建议

摘　　要：进入20世纪90年代以后,黑龙江省污水处理厂迅猛发展,对环境保护,治理水污染起到了很大作用。但是,各污水处理厂在运转中也反映出一些问题。通过对现有投产使用的11座城镇污水处理厂的实地调研和现状分析,指出目前北方城镇污水处理共有的问题,并提出相应的对策和措施,为中国城镇污水处理相关研究提供基础和借鉴。After 20th century 90＇s,the rapid development of sewage treatment plants in Heilongjiang Province has played a significant role in environmental protection and water pollution.However,the sewage treatment plants were also reflected some problems in operation.Based on spot investigation and status analysis of 11 sewage treatment plants,pointed out the present mutual problems of the northern urban of sewage treatment,and some useful countermeasure and measure were given.It provided basis and references for urban sewage treatment research in China.
