摘　　要：2008年美国次贷危机的发生,引起关于中国房地产泡沫和房地产价格走势的争论,中国房地产在经济高速的发展背景下,同样存在着诸多隐患,在这关键的历史时刻,我们更需保持清醒的头脑,积极应对,避免重蹈其他国家的覆辙。The 2008 U. S sub - prime mortgage crisis raises questions about the Chinese real estate bubble and the real estate price movements. The Chinese real estate in the context of rapid economic development also has many hidden dangers. At this critical moment in history, we are more required to keep a clear mind and take a positive part to avoid repeating the mistakes of other countries.
