摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱测定玉叶清火胶囊中京尼平苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱（4.6mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-水-0.1%磷酸（15∶85∶0.8）;流速1 mL·min^-1;检测波长237 nm;柱温35℃。结果京尼平苷的线性范围为3.764~48.93μg·mL^-1,平均回收率为97.2%,RSD=1.9%。结论本方法简便、快捷、准确,适用于玉叶清火胶囊中京尼平苷的含量控制。Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Yuye Qinghuo Jiaonang.Methods Hypersil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column was used with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water-0.1% phosphoric acid（15∶85∶0.8）.The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1,the detective wavelength was 237 nm,and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results The calibration curves of geniposide showed good linearity over 3.764-48.93 μg·mL^-1.The average recovery was 97.2%,and RSD was 1.9%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and suitable for the determination of geniposide.
