摘  要:目的比较金竹、水竹、寿竹3种竹子制备的鲜竹沥中愈创木酚的含量差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定愈创木酚的含量。结果愈创木酚进样量在0.5-5.0μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 95,平均加样回收率为99.40%,RSD为2.17%(n=6);水竹鲜竹沥中愈创木酚含量最高(10.00μg·mL^-1),金竹次之(8.80μg·mL^-1),寿竹最低(4.26μg·mL^-1)。结论3种竹子制备的鲜竹沥愈创木酚含量存在较大差异,本方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好.可作为鲜竹沥原料质量控制的方法。Objective To determine the guaiacol content in bamboo juice prepared from 3 species of bamboo.Methods The guaiacol content was determined by HPLC.Results A good linearity was obtained for guaiacol content 0.5-5.0 μg(r=0.999 95),and the average recovery was 99.40%(RSD=2.17%,n=6).The guaiacol content of Phyllostachys heteroclada Oliver was the highest at 10.00 μg·mL^-1;the guaiacol content of Phyllostachys sulphurea reached 8.80 μg·mL^-1,and the guaiacol content of Phyllostachys bambusoides f.shouzhu Yi was 4.26 μg·mL^-1.Conclusion The difference in guaiacol content will influence the quality of bamboo juice.The method is simple,highly sensitive,accurate,and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of raw materials for bamboo juice.
