摘　　要：针对国家基础地理信息中心的现状,在研究MapGIS IMS-SOA平台和MapGIS中间件的基础上,基于MapGIS IMS-SOA平台,研究与设计了国家基础地理信息管理系统,主要包括系统架构设计和系统功能设计。In accordance with the existing situation of National Foundation Geographic Information Center,first studied MapGISIMS-SOA platform and MapGIS middleware,then researched and designed the national foundation geographic information management system which mainly including system architecture design and system functional design based on MapGIS IMS-SOA platform.
