摘　　要：根据第二次土地调查的统一要求,设计了土地利用数据库。采用分层提取土地利用数据的方式,在ArcGIS中进行数据的采集和处理,然后经过数据转换,在LandSurvey中进一步编辑数据,建立农村土地利用数据库,实现土地利用现状数据实时的管理和变更。最后对建库中的质量控制和关键技术问题进行了介绍。According to the uniform requirements of the Second National Land Survey;this paper designed a land-use database.The author acquired and processed land-use data with the software of ArcGIS by the method of delaminating,and converted the data to the software of LandSurvey for further editing,established a rural land-use database,which realized the management and change of the status quo of the land-using data.This paper also introduced the quality control and key technical issues in the last.
