摘　　要：在9210工程支持下的现代化天气预报业务流程及管理系统建立了五个子系统，即天气预报信息流程、工作流程、业务工作管理、制作分发、业务监控子系统。由此改变了资料获取、天气预报的制作、会商、传递和预报产品制作及上对下指导的方式，形成预报制作无纸化、预报产品的传递自动化、产品格式的规范化。本文简要介绍了该系统的研制技术及其各项功能和特点。There are 5 subsystems in modern weather forceast professional and managing system which has been supported by 9210 project. They are weather forecast information process,work professional processes, managing, issue and monitor of professional work system. It has changed some ways in getting data,consulting,guiding, making and transmitting weather forecast. The automatizing transmission of paper-free forecast and standardization in form of forecast products have been established.The study technology,function and characteristics of this system have been introduced in this paper.
