摘  要:城市餐厨垃圾往往与生活垃圾混合排放,成分混乱、形态复杂,其资源化利用成为全球性的难题之一,各国都在竭尽全力开发适合自己的处理技术。本文根据发达国家在餐厨垃圾资源化处理方面的经验以及目前中国餐厨垃圾资源化处理现状及问题,提出了餐厨垃圾发生现场实时处理的源头预处理、集中堆肥化及循环利用的处理思想,探讨了源头预处理技术,并提出了餐厨垃圾循环利用系统的构筑方案。Urban kitchen waste is often mixed with household garbage emissions, it leads to heterogeneous composition and complex patterns. Further more, the use of its resources is becoming one of global problems. Many countries are making every effort to develop processing teehniques that suitable for their own. In accordance with the experience of developed countries in dealing with the resources of kitchen waste, as well as the status quo of dealing with kitchen waste recycling and the questions we possess in China at present, this paper proposed source processing that to deal with in real - time at the scene of occurrence of kitchen waste, and the thought that focusing on the processing of utilization. For the purpose of composting, this paper also discussed the technology of source processing and proposed a construction scheme for kitchen waste recycling system.
