摘 要:在15℃进行硝化细菌的富集,菌种的分离纯化,初筛,硝化效果的测定。对其中4株硝化效果较好的亚硝酸菌BY5、SY6和硝酸菌BX4、SX5进行生理生化指标鉴定,将其鉴定到属:前两者属于亚硝酸单胞菌属,后两者属于硝酸杆菌属。研究了不同温度对这4株菌株硝化效果的影响。结果表明,4株菌的最适合温度为25℃-30℃,亚硝酸菌的氨氮去除率可以达到74%,硝酸菌的亚硝酸盐去除率可以达到70%,在15℃时,亚硝酸菌和硝酸菌的氨氮去除率争亚脯酸盐去除率均可达到60%以上。A process was developed which include bacteria enrichment, separation and purification of species, preliminary screening,analysis of digest result to measure of nitrite- bacteria's ability to remove nitrogen and ammonium, and the nitrate - bacteria's ability to remove nitrite at 15℃. The physiological and biochemical measurement were carried out on nitrite bacteria BY5, SY6 and nitrate BX4, SX5 who had good digest result of 4 strains. They were identified into two groups:the first two belong to Nitrosomonas, and the last two belong to Nitrobacter. The ecological factors were discussed which affect the digest capability of the 4 strains. The result shows that the best temperature for the 4 stains is 25℃ -30℃ ; and the efficiency of ammoniac nitrogen removal using ammonia -oxidizing bacterium can reach up to 74% when the reactor works smoothly; and the efficiency of nitrite nitrogen removal using nitrite - oxidizing bacterium can reach up to 70% when the reactor works smoothly. Efficiency of nitrogen removal using Nitrobacterium can reaeh up to 60% at 15℃.
