摘　　要：对某地区的一个独立建筑群落住宅建筑的节能现状进行了分析,针对存在的问题进行了初步研究,提出了在外墙、外窗、屋面等部位进行节能改造的初步设想,为下一步节能改造的实施提供帮助。The energy saving of independent building groups residential building in an area was analyzed,the primary research was carried out against to the existing problem,the energy saving reformation primary presumption of exterior wall,exterior window and roof places was proposed,which provided help for further reformation implement.
