摘 要:由于环境条件变化等原因,设计不考虑抗浮的地下室往往在施工过程或竣工投入使用前出现上浮、开裂等现象。因此,如何对地下室上浮进行分析和处理是值得工程人员研究和探讨的问题。针对某新建体育场出现基础上浮、地下室柱及顶板顶梁多处开裂的事故,进行分析研究并提出相应的处理方案,以满足结构正常使用的要求。该工程经验可供分析和处理类似事故时参考。Due to the change of environmental conditions and so on,basements without considering uplift are often floated and cracked during the construction process or to be used before completion of the project.Therefore,how to analyse and deal with the float of the basement is worthy of being studied and discussed by engineers.Based on a gym,whose beams,columns and slabs of foundation were cracked and floated,the analysis was implemented and the related treatment scheme was proposed to meet the requirements of serviceability.The experience can be used as reference for analyzing and treating similar accidents.
