摘  要:目的:探讨黄芪注射液对两种力竭运动大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶的影响,为减轻运动性肌肉损伤寻找有效的方法。方法:将50只大鼠随机均分为5组,各10只:安静对照组、一次性力竭运动组、多次力竭运动组、服药+一次性力竭运动组、服药+多次力竭运动组。经过4周的实验后,测血清CK及其同工酶的含量。结果:一次力竭和多次力竭大鼠血清CK及其同工酶活性显著增高(P<0.01),黄芪注射液对一次力竭和多次力竭大鼠血清CK及其同工酶活性有降低作用(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪注射液对减轻2种力竭运动引起的肌肉损伤均有很好的作用。Objective:In order to search potent means for exercise-induced muscle damage,effect of Radix Astragali injection on serum creatine kinase(CK) and isoenzyme of creatine kinase(CK-MM) level in rats after two kind of Exhausting Exercises was observed.Method:50 Wister Rats were randomLy divided into 5 group:normal control group(n = 10),once exhausting exercise group(n = 10),multiple exhausting exercises group(n = 10),Radix Astragali injection filled the stomach and once exhausting exercise group(n = 10),Radix Astragali injection filled the stomach and multiple exhausting exercises group(n = 10).After 4 weeks test,serum CK and CK-MM were tested.Result:Afer exhausting exercise,CK and CK-MM in blood serum as well as were higher than that in normal control group(P〈 0.01).the change was prevented by Radix Astragali injection(P 〈0.01).Conclusion:Radix Astragali injection may help reduce exercise-induced muscle damage afer two kind of exhausting exercises.
