摘　　要：目的观察整合素α_5、β_1抗体体内干预试验对Wistar大鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡的作用。方法腹腔内注射α_5、β_1抗体,采用原位末端脱氧核糖核酸转移酶标记技术,分析Wistar大鼠生精细胞凋亡情况。结果α_5、β_1试验组大鼠睾丸生精细胞明显减少(P<0.001)。结论α_5、β_1抗体具有阻止Wistar大鼠生精细胞凋亡的作用。Objective ： To observe the function of integrin α5 and β1 with intervention experiment in body to the apoptosis of Wistar mouse spermatogenic cells. Method： To inject α5 and β1 antibody in abdomen, take the tag method of TdT-mediated end -labeling of fragmented DNA （TUNEL） and analyze the condition of the apoptosis of Wistar mouse spermatogenic cells. Result ： α5 and β1 experiment makes the apoptosis of mouse testicular spermtogenic reduced obviously. Conclusion： α5 and β1 has the function of prevent Wistar mouse spermtognic cells from deceasing.
